Why we started
This shop began with a familiar annoyance: the cheap accessory that dies in a month, and the expensive one that is not meaningfully better. Cables that fray at the connector after eight weeks. Chargers that run hot enough to worry you. Cases that crack the first time the phone lands on a kerb.
We got tired of guessing, so we started buying samples and testing them ourselves before deciding what was worth selling. That is still how the catalogue is built.
How we choose what to stock
Every product on this site has been handled and used by someone here before it went live. We look at the things that actually determine whether an accessory lasts: strain relief at the connector, the quality of the moulding, how warm a charger gets under sustained load, whether the fit is snug after a month rather than just out of the box.
Anything that runs hot, frays, loses contact, or quietly stops charging does not make the cut. That is why the range is deliberately tight — no endless catalogue, no filler listings padding out the category pages.
How we ship
We are a small US team and we ship every order free, anywhere in the country, with no minimum spend. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and arrive in a further 3–5, so most customers have their order within a week.
We do not ship internationally. Keeping to one country lets us hold delivery times tight and answer support questions the same day rather than across time zones.
If something goes wrong
You have 30 days to return anything. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or simply does not fit your device, we cover the return shipping and refund you within 7 business days of the item reaching us. One email gets you a real person and a fix — usually the same day.
