Track your order

Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout. Your order number is in your confirmation email — it looks like #1234. Carrier scans can take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Still not showing?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, so tracking will not update until the parcel is collected. Once dispatched, delivery takes a further 3–5 business days.

If tracking says delivered but nothing has arrived, check with neighbours and around entrances, then give it 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan early. If it still has not turned up, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we will open a carrier investigation and either replace the order or refund it in full.
